Carriage Custom Homes is a certified Master Home Builder by the Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta. President, Rob Petersen, personally supervises construction of every Carriage Custom home. Rob has been involved in the construction industry for over twenty years. He worked first as a framer, completing his apprenticeship, then graduating from Building Construction Engineering from NAIT, before becoming President of Carriage in 1990.

Rob works closely with his draftsman/designer and job superintendent, to deliver excellence in design, finishing and craftsmanship from planning to completion.

Currently, Carriage is building in the exclusive communities of the Summit at Magrath and Callaghan Manors and Estates . This continues Carriage Custom Homes’ philosophy of only building in Edmonton’s primer communities. Past subdivisions include Rutherford, Belgravia, Twin Brooks, Blackburne Creek, Terwillegar Gardens, and Whitemud Oaks.
